    I dont know. You will have to do a quick search on a Toyota parts website to see if it's the same oem part # for the V6 and V8 4Runners. If it is you're golden.

    The only difference should be that auto trans radiator has the built in cooler. Aftermarket radiators will still have the auto trans cooler lines but you just dont use it for the manual trans.

    No it's not the same. Inlet and outlet pipes are on opposite sides
