CSI Fridge/Freezer Mega Thread

Are the slides only available for pre-order, as well, or can they be ordered separately at any time.

Also, did they receive any improvements, or are they scaled-up versions of the 52-quart fridge slide?

Got any pictures of the larger slides?

Slides will be available whenever you like. They were improved as well. On both slides we added a travel lock so it does not break the slide latch like what you had happen. So when traveling your fridge will stay secure even full of food/beer. When you get to your destination undo the travel lock and use the slide latch only.

This battery pack works with all csi fridges the 52,63,84. Provides 4-8 hrs run time depending on the different fridge settings, models and ambient temp. The battery pack can be used alone or best as a pass through. When used as a pass through it keeps the fridge running when you shut off the car and keeps all your settings and food cold. It also prevents any compressor startup draws that sometimes affect modern charging systems. Toyota's are pretty safe but some of the Gladiator crowd have run into check engine light problems with low rpm charging when running a fridge. Out of curiosity will the 63 quart be replacing the 52 or just another option in the lineup? If the 52 is sticking around will there be any price drop since the 63 quart dual zone is listed the same price?

I'm still alittle ways off from installing a fridge (need to finish building my camper first) but I'm considering my options. I was originally looking at the costways but these totally seem worth the small difference for the better compressor and the fact there's actually support/warranty!

The 63 seems like a no brainer if they're the same price but a cheaper 52 would also be pretty darn tempting.

 

The 63 will be replacing it for this summer. I am still trying to get another run of 52's together for this fall

 

Now I just need to figure a way to justify 4 fridges.

That’s my issue and the only reason I haven’t already got on the pre order. I really want that 83 qrt especially with 3 kids that may not ever go camping but would be nice if they suddenly decided to want to spend more time with dad instead of Xbox. But I am trying to mock up how big it would be in my little short bed. And can it withstand the elements like the 52. This is the closest I’ve gotten on figuring it out.





This box is about 5 inches too tall but same length and width of the 83qrt.

@Mike's Custom Toys will the new 63 qt fridge fit on the old 52 qt fridge slide? The old fridge slide has wiggle room on both side and front/rear. Just need your thoughts.

What’s the warranty on the compressors like?

LG has a lot of issues with them going back to 2014.
