Any thoughts on where you guys will mount the panel? Are you going to try to tap into existing hot lines or just run a cable straight to the battery?

The last one i saw was done by krave automotive in calgary and they placed one along the fibreglass bed side above the 120volt plugin and another on the passenger side of the cabin. Should have taken pics. Truck was rigged up really nice.

How is everyone mounting them ? In the bed on a slide mount, in cab? Dam Slide mounts aren't cheap!

I’m just going to secure mine in the cab using the child seat anchors to start with. Once I have my rack on and buy a tent next year I’ll put in extra cleats to hold down the cooler back there.

Sub’d For a friend. I have a new ARB 63 and i love it. I run it on a platform on my back seat and it fits fine. Will be moving to the bed on a tilting slide when my camper top arrives. This is a damn good deal though if i didn’t already have one I’d be very tempted. Once you own a fridge you’ll wonder why you waited so long. Keep in mind a 53qt fridge holds as much as a 100 qt “cooler”

Yep. I think Yeti and others suggest 1/2 to 2/3 ice. Besides a soggy sandwich it’s a huge space killer. Fridge is litterally better in every way.

Haven’t hooked up in the rig but have had it plugged in since wed and it was sitting at 39 and 36 or so with a digital reader. Seems to work solid. Can’t waot to add to the rig
