I used the fridge to supply many people with ice cold water and sodas at two separate car shows, a mod session and tinkering on my truck. Having a fridge is a game-changer. This fridge has survived several severe rainstorms.

Ordered the CSI Black Ice from Mike today. I plan to keep freeze packs frozen and rotate in and out of roto-molded cooler for fridgeratin'. Let ya'll know how that works. Took my rear seats out when I got home tonight. Now I have to find a suitable place to store them. Also, put my name on the list for that plug-in inverter Cab Outlet 400 watt always upgrade on the other thread. When I get my Diamondback tonneau and my tent mounted on it this East Coast Cat will be Rockies bound! Cause trout don't live in ugly places!

How did you wire your fridge? Do you have a second battery or just running off the main?

Currently, i run it off of the bed 120v outlet. I'm ordering a 12v outlet so I can run it 24/7, but I don't see the need to use a second battery with it.

Just got my fridge/freezer delivered! Plugged in and cooling. Everything is chillin'. Still waiting on the slide. I guess it comes from different location. I see there are some straps to attach to the insulated cover. Does anyone use these? Haven't see any pictures with them attached. I wouldn't want to damage the cover by picking it up while full of stuff. Especially sine it had the handles on the ends that seem plenty sturdy.

Had to sell a kidney, but got one today. Less than an hour to get from 87 to 33 in it. Now, letting it chill drinks while I wait til I get back to work on the trailer and build the shelf for it.
    Thanks.

Probably falls under "stupid question" but in that pic, is it running off of the jumpstarter battery? Can't imagine it is, but just checking. Thanks.

At night I plugged it into my battery pack and when driving plugged both into the truck. Worked great

Damn...that makes it too easy! Was looking for excuse not to buy. It can run all night of the battery pack? I have a similar sized "CAT" model from Costco.

Only thing I don't like is that when you restart the fridge; it auto sets the temp to 32 degrees and froze some stuff at the bottom, but I think that is first world problems
