    You could do a carriage bolt but it would require you to drill/broach a square hole which I’m guessing would add significant time to your manufacturing process. Alternatively I’m guessing you could epoxy those tabs on instead of nut and bolt or depending on the plastic you’re using do some other fusing method if you made the tabs out of the same material.

    I’m sure you already thought of this though seeing as how your product looks very professional.:thumbsup:
