Be a pretty short list on what you can’t use duck tape for.

Currently working on just that. CAD is 75% done, just working out the fine details before prototyping. I purchased my tacoma early 2021 and I hate how narrow the cup holders are. Time to bring a surprisingly new item to market.

Many aftermarket sleeves and bushings available.

Thats correct, but there isn't an option to fit a 32 oz hydro flask within the cupholder itself. With the height of the bottle and the height of the sleeve, it interferes with the switch panel and climate controls.

Good point. I agree not all vessels are well suited. Perhaps Op can spec a more compatible container as a gift suggesting for his next birthday and relegate the old one to the shop.

Model and prototype complete. Testing has now started, along with plans for an eCommerce site. I will provide an update when testing is complete. Keep in mind once testing is complete and potential adjustments have been made, the manufacturing process takes a considerable amount of time. The initial plan is to drop x amount every two months.

How in the hell did a thread go so wildly off topic, to be revived three years later and placed back on topic?

The off topic part is where somebody up there ^^^ misspelled the word "duct tape." That should have been both a thread lock and a ban right there.

I’d be into getting one of these too! Maybe the 2 rear cup holders too!

The amount of people that don't understand what was asked... or what the point is.....

    Typical TW....

I would love something like this to make the stupid cupholders bigger. Our 4runner fits my cups just fine, with these were bigger.

Rears would be sweet also, currently using a bottle pro adapter. Works okay but I just hate how tall it is
