    'Stock-But-Capable' - I have four other 4x4s to mod
Thanks! That was a few days in to 6010 stick. Switched to 7018 this week. The pace of this program is insane. The amount of processes compressed into the short length of the program is making my head spin. By the time I feel like I'm *just starting* to get a grasp... its time to switch processes/rods/positions/etc. It's an 8 hour commitment each day, in addition to my typical 8 hour day at work. Up at 6am, home by 11pm. Thankful that my employer is accommodating my my changing schedule to allow me to do this.

Any plans to make an insert for the single cup holder between the shifter and storage compartment?

I've had one other person ask but been concentrating on current design. It shouldn't be hard to sketch up and make some prototypes. I can't do it immediately, but I'll post / send you a message when I do.

spod1.jpg spod2.jpg spod3.jpg spod4.jpg Got mine the other day, great piece. Used it to hold my SPOD and gps. My fab tools is a hacksaw, a file and a hand drill. Made an aluminum plate and had it anodized, then I saw your cup holder insert, decided to mate the two pieces together. Worked great, there might be a market for an insert with no cup holes for a simple way to mount accessories without drilling into the dash. Making the top of the insert parallel with the bottom would make drilling and mounting easier. Thanks

That's pretty awesome man! It's an interesting idea and changing the shape / angles/ thickness is no issue at all. The issue as I see it would come from the nature of 3D printing, where there is not a solid infill but rather a partial infill, which makes threading and such difficult. Perhaps could make the top thicker by using more layers or something for drilling and threading purposes...

I used 10-32 screws with washers and a locking nuts and it works just fine. Because the top and bottom where not parallel I counter bored the aluminum plate at a slight angle to get everything sitting properly. If the top and bottom where parallel I wouldn't have used the aluminum plate at all.

Build surface failed mid print which ended up making two "scratch and dent" pieces. See attached photo with ugly area circled. No difference in size or strength, just cosmetic. EDIT: SOLD! That was quick!

Have a couple dozen of the normal pieces in stock

I snagged those two scratch and dents. One for the '13 and one for the '12!

Anyways, decided to do a crush test this morning and ran over one of my "Scratch and Dent" pieces with the Taco to prove a point... got to have some fun too, right?

    Enjoy!

Quick bump - Have plenty in stock, and also a handful of "scratch and dent" from some experiments I was doing if anyone is interested.
    Thanks!

    Thanks guys!
I've actually got a decent amount of 'scratch and dent' right now from doing various experiments. They're all just as strong and dimensionally the same. Just my screw ups playing with temperature, feed, speed settings or trying new removal tools. A few pictures to show what would make a 'scratch and dent'

If interested in one of these 'scratch and dent', PM me or $20 to paypal.me/rns0504 Goods and Services! Will post when theyre gone, I have maybe 10 or so.

Also have a few dozen 'regular' pieces in stock
