So I had something similar with my truck (since new), had it aligned several times, but the tires kept cupping. Rotates every 5k, dealer said it was not normal, but they never actually did anything about it.
The cupping did finally go away when I replaced the factory trd offroad shocks with a set of pro shocks.

Yes and yes to all of the other recommendations, info and suggestions for our OP.

If you've done all of the above, and a shop still can't figure out what is going on, it could just be the quality of the tires themselves.

I have seen a significant decrease in tire quality coming from Cooper. They didn't used to be... but now they are just absolute shit in every way.

We have been seeing premature dry rotting on 2 year old tires [Cooper Cobra G/Ts] that only have around 6-7,000 miles on them. They are now trash and already need to be replaced for safety reasons.

My dad is also having the same issue on some Coopers he mounted on a project that has always been stored inside a temp controlled garage before he even put any miles on them. Many people I know have also been having issues with newer Cooper tires delaminating and peeling off as if it were a re-tread.

Kind of wild. Could just be shitty tires.

The chalk test (done correctly) usually gets the tires pretty close to where they should be.

Sounds like there is something else going on, or you simply got a bad batch of tires. It happens
