Wondering how much a leftover new 2023 SR new 4x2 sells for currently? Utility, SR and 4 door SR pricing.

I haven't looked anytime recently, but there rarely was a glut of inventory in the past few years. Overall the Tacomas sell nearly as fast they're built. That said, production has already moved on to the new 4th gen. I think it's unlikely you will see any fire-sale on new 3rd gens, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
I would use the online searches to get better visibility of what you consider your area,,,, your acceptable travel zone.

All I am seeing out there are 2024's selling from $35-$37k ...

You're probably not going to find a fire-sale on any 2023's just to move them off the lot.
They are more valuable now than they were when they arrived at the dealer lot.

    I wouldn't buy a GEN-4 until they get shook-out for a year or 2.

I think you'll be lucky if you find a base SR still on the lot. I don't think they'll have much wiggle room if you do. But I also don't think you'll be looking at inflated prices either. I think if you happen across one, you'd probably be looking at MSRP.

I paid MSRP ($28,500 plus tax/license, but no markup) on my 2022 SR during the height of the car shortage. Since then, I've seen used ones on my local lots for just over $30k.

CarMax gave me a quote of $27,000 for my 2022 with 32k miles on it. So used ones are holding their value.

I think you'd be looking at, or near MSRP if you find one.

Cheapest one I found is $2,000 off MSRP. Not even a deal if all you’re buying is a “deal”.
