I have a 2007 Tacoma V6. Has anyone used Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver? There are two models. Not sure which way to go. Please let me know of you used anyone of these and how it worked out for you. Thank you!

    They both sit pretty low.

Personally I was looking at 4xinnovations.com front hitch.

I’d just build one. Be stronger and the height you want it.

I have the 31313 on my 07 reg. cab. I use it for moving trailers around the compound and also as a mounting point for a front ladder rack extension for long staging planks and pump jacks. Very solid. Price seems high on Amazon got mine on eBay for less than 150.

Thank you 69L46Vert! That is exactly what I want to do. I use a Trailer valet to move my trailer once in a while. Since I plan to install a generator rack in front of the trailer, I need to take down the mounting bracket. I am thinking instead of using the trailer valet, I could use the front hitch receiver to move the trailer when I have to. Amazon price is better than the eTrailer. Have to check eBay too. Thanks again.

I had the one pictured on the right. I used it for a spare tire mount. Solid unit
