I need a custom set of front speaker mounting rings for the 2010 double cab.

I am setting up a 3 way system for the front stage.

    See attached picture.
Key thing to note is the thickness of the mounting ring under the mid range driver. Due to its total depth the ring needs to be thicker.

The plan is to take the ring as drawn up and shave the thicker part to just fit the mid range in with out bottoming out or hitting the inner door finishing panel

I will give you a call tomorrow or Monday to discuss.

    Front 3 way
    6" driver http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=297-125
    2-1/8"miderange http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=287-025
    1-1/8" tweeter http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=277-080

The rear channels are going to be interesting to make them 3 way...
May just keep them as a two way
    The plan would be
    6" in the door
Mid range mounted in the compartments under the seat firing sound off of the lower door for a diffused sound but still having some sense of direction due to the reflected sound
Tweeter firing downward (mounted under the door handle area) generating a reflected sound off of the portion of the door that sticks out for the 6" speaker.

The hope is this "reflected"sound in the back will still give rear sound stage but with out pulling the front stage to far back and still result in some channel separation.

Just note that I am using the Imprent technology which time a lines each channel in the time vs frequency vs each channel domain.
