much respect due.. that thing looks well made and very functional, i use my roof for lumber and kayaks and long fishing rods so I know where youre coming from. You could also mount whatever accessories you want to it and wrap it up with a tarp to sleep in it, very nice

Cool. Would you happen to remember to what degrees you had it bent to? Would save a lot of trial and error on my part......I'm lazy ;)

Go buy a couple sticks of 1/2 EMT (conduit) at Menards or Home Depot or whatever. It's like 2 bucks and you'll have plenty to practice with.

Let me know how it goes with that. I thought about doing that with mine, but at this point I'm not sure it would benefit me.

If you can post the specs I think a LOT of dudes would be riding around with this setup. Suggestions:

    1. On the rear window side, bring the bars a few inches from the window.
    2. On the rear bed side, the rear posts should come in just a few inches so it doesn't have a sharp edge over the rail.
    3. How do you attach to the bedrail?

    Very nice setup!

Very nice I am not that far from you if you want to make another one. I would just need and extra support bar in the middle. I need it for 2 kayaks, 2 mt bikes,2 set of skis, I would make some kind of fishing rod holder, it would need to be higher then the 2 dog crates I transport,I would come up with some kind of tire rack up there...... let me stop. What do you think??
