Custom Bed rack manufacturing in Vancouver BC.

    Hey All,

    New here so my bad if there is a better place for this ask.

    I am in the Vancouver BC area and am looking for any recommendations on metal manufacturers for a custom set of bed racks for my 2016 Tacoma, TRD Sport 6' box

    I have some special requirements/needs -

    1. the racks will hold a double set of Thule Hullavators for my sea kayaks. These racks are currently on my roof and I want to get them off and lower so I can eventually do a lift on my truck and still have enough height to get in my underground parking. :)

    2. I currently have and want to keep a BAK Revolver x2 tonneau cover

    Any suggestions would be great!

    You most likely won’t find a rack to work with the Revolver.

    Yeah, not off the shelf, at least not in what I'm looking for - I know there are bed rack systems out there that do work with the Revolver but they aren't exactly what I am looking for.

    Adarac and I think TracRac make sets, though not sure if they do for the Tacoma, these mount straight into the bed rails outside the Revolver rails, so I am thinking something like that only more specific to my wants/needs.

    Contact Jason @ Cruisin Off Road in Chilliwack. He's done a lot of custom work for me and others, including a rack setup similar to what you've described.
