Yeah, much different from mine so I'd need help. Is there like a V-groove on the post or something that those clips on the inside are catching on?

I may make a few, but no way can I go into any kind of production. I just made 45 knobs and not quite poor enough to have the motivation. I definitely want to get them developed, it would be a good motivator to upgrade equipment.

Yeah, so I think a universal design which works for etune 2 will work for etune 1 as well, unless the diameter is truly different? Do you and Tony have micrometers? mine is junk but I do still have my old radio.

Rick, since I'm not using it, I could send it to you for R&D purposes if you send it back with a black collar for my knob? :)

I am tempted to gather 'em all up and lay them on a table. I have ... so many. Pretty sure I have 2 collars leftover but I will have to check. The lathe is pretty far away in a different setup, currently.

I think there might be. I'll get angled shots later. But with the existing aluminum mod knobs out there, you can get by without them? Just a good fit to the post. There's no pull functions on the my head unit. Only rotation and push.

These are Hondo knobs, that were a TWSS gift
Theirs has a O-ring on the backside. Would be willing to forward my OE's to Rick, if that helps

Looks like a job for a rotary broach, probably a standard 8mm D shape bit. That's if I decide to machine it and not print.

Acktuaaallly...I was gonna respond to that but was stuck in a juxtaposition on how to respond...

Doug, what do you think happens here...get to the back of the 3 yr line with these crazy requests...or

Madness...who wants a Ti dildo for an emergency brake handle, really...then recalled...

I requested Ti radio knobs that took 3 yrs to manifest any others interest, cuz they're nipples,..Ti nipples, for the truck...then...

    I'll just knot respond....

Til I was just tagged for my insight on the Ti Dildo E-brake handle....hard no....

But give the idea a few yrs to ferment

    ...Luv, me

There is a small nub on the knob, but I think a good post fit won't need to worry.

I personally wouldn't mind a tiny hole for a 4-40 or 6-32 set screw on the flat...

It would also seat the delrin knurled ring for grip and sex

Ohhhhh, no.... Setscrew hole can be hidden by the *friction fit* delrin ring, with grip.
