    Prototype #1, will work with standard #17 and #18 o-ring (one each). Pretty limited to how far I can let it drop down, we'll see how this one works.

    I will have it printed in PLA to test.

    Nice! As long as the I.D. is at least the same as the existing trim, I'll be happy. The last one that I tried, my fingers weren't fitting between the collar and the bottom of the knob.

    The ID at the top is around 3/4" (closer to 18.5mm), can't go much larger ... otherwise the wall gets a bit thin. Wall thickness is hovering around 1/16" right now ... but I can thin it out more if need be. I just want to see if the angle helps get it down to an acceptable height without creating too much of a problem. It isn't the same angle as the shaft, but it will probably work anyway and help it get down a bit more.
