so I have a 2019 TRD OR MT. Would like a stainless with stainless collar. Shift pattern engraved. And TRD 4x4 OffRoad Logo engraved.

Or is there a better combo?

When the truck is finally dead I plan to mount this on my cane cause I will be that old by then. :)

I'll put ya on the wait list and we can go through pros/cons of the combinations.

If you retire and become a pimp, the stainless will be the way to go (it's really heavy).

I also may be ordering some C360 brass for a custom pc if anyone is interested. The more who can come on board for this, the cheaper it will be. Actually, this might be a better pimp option, as I am pretty sure brass is heavier than 316.

If one wants a custom engraving of a logo, would a vector.pdf work or do you just go off a jpeg? I’m trying to decide which route to go before I ask to get on a wait list. Regular 6 speed or my touchmark logo.

File extension doesn't matter in most cases (worst case I can just screenshot and use .jpg). I generally feed customer files of any extension through Inkscape software to get the .svg file that I need for my CAD.

Yep. I would deselect some of the lines (this shows all of them), but pretty simple.

Just a no-so-quick update showing some process improvements and general developments. Notice the Bison Set-Tru chuck with soft jaws, the last batch funded this setup. The chucks that came with the lathe have nowhere near this level of accuracy/repeatability which meant for more fiddling and time lost on my end. Hoping this will have a significant and positive impact on lead times.

I also redesigned the knob holding fixtures so the AT and MT knobs will all work at the same tooling/work offsets. Constantly switching tool/work offsets to the differing dimensions was also a big time waster. I currently have 5 MT fixtures and 3 AT fixtures, and I may make more in the future if need be.

Also making a riser plate for my 4th axis tailstock (new purchase). Milling out the V1 on stainless was deflecting more than I was comfortable, so I have to bring in support even though I could probably get by just fine without it. This will obviously increase general shop capability, so it is well worth it.

Also had this guy below printed up, and works well in the collar ... just haven't had time to check how the o-rings work, or how it even sits on the shifter. Probably just going to send it to @tonered if he is willing to do the leg work on this. If not, I have no idea when I will have time.

    AT V2 is in development

2nd Gen V2 MT collar is also in development. I have a stock collar in hand, and it just needs to be a touch smaller than the 3rd gen version. The knob will be the same though.

Holy crap! That looks like some great time savings in your future. The question is, will your wife appreciate that or not? :D

Freaking stellar on that boot collar!

I installed most of my redlinegoods presents and was thinking about what I wanted to do with the grommet mod. I went 2in shorter on the boot which seems just right considering.

    Thanks!

Also, printing the part that replaces the grommet method proved out an updated/closed design for the V1 ... so now I don't have to remove as much material. Saves me on tooling and probably adds 10-15g to the Delrin/SS MT hybrids (for the gram-weenies out there).

Hmm, yeah ... we will see. She would probably tell you that I will just fill the time with something else to do outside of the house, haha. But really ... I have to reign it in.

With a shorter boot there might be a good chance this connector will sit too high for it. Maybe not, have no idea until I start messing with it. One would think I had a model of the shifter shaft by now. I could answer this question in 2 seconds if I bothered doing that like I should have already.
