You can do the coloring effect by annodizing.

It's very fast and simple. You just have to control the voltage for the desired color.

Yeah, this would be the practical way to go about it really ... especially with an engraving present.

Don't think there is a good way to get that "burst" effect shown in the original pics other than using a torch, but with an engraving to catch the flame the results would not very even anyway.

I don't have the balls to do it.

20181118_145535.jpg I only know about this because my friends make these cool golf tools out of titanium and timascus.

I watched them work a few times.

The process is extremely fast.. if you had a variable power supply like when my buddies do it, you can change the voltage as you slowly pull the knob out to achieve the multicolor.

It's out there (copolymer), but good luck in finding something that isn't colored like a Lego.

We use primarily black at work, sometimes white when we make food-grade conveyor accessories. I've seen it in blue for sure.

    I wouldn't hate a UK blue color...

I don't trust my eyes, but this might be close to cavalry or voodoo. This the only blue I've ever seen.

I found a decent gray a while back, but it was pretty expensive and can't find it anymore.

Oh. That is pretty nice. I call Cavalry Blue, demin. I'd say the color that you linked is between Cavalry and Voodoo?

Very hard to tell from the photo they provided.

When I googled pics of Acetal FDA blue rods, I got a bunch of different blues. Generally though, the blue seems like a baby blue.

This looks like a tool or weapon that would be in the movie Avatar!

Here is the updated white board for this batch. (explanation of my shop codes are in the quote below)

I will message everybody their number, but for some it will be obvious.

I have all of the delrin rings and a few collars complete, all material is saw cut as well. Didn't bother to take a picture of that stuff considering it is so little complete at this point.
