Custom CNC cutting you think it I'll cut it

    doesnt using a plasma cutter with heating the metal lose the strength? when ever i buy them the companies always use water jets to cut them so the material is never weakened. also the reason that you arnt supposed to weld on AR500

    chrome on front painted to match, satoshi grill done by myself, BHLM, billys all the way around with ome springs upfront and LR ucas with wheelers 3 leaf progressive pack in the rear, mb gunner wheels powdercoated black on 285/75r16 nitto trail grapplers, tinted all the way around and on windshield, pioneer dbl din touch screen with two 10's behing the seat and new speakers all the way around and certain interior parts painted to match, also have a road wire leather kit black with red stitching sitting here waiting for me to find time to install it!
    letters for my grille came in and i couldnt be happier thanks!!

    That is what i thought. i bought a plate that was cut with plasma and shot a hole right along the edge of the plate.

    Yeah the best i could do would be fully submerging the sheet on the water table tha was the part stays cool as possible. Cutting AR500 without water cooling would never work with plasma.

    I know it depends on pierces/etc. but how much roughly would a logo similar to your BAMF logo be cut out of 1/8" be? Thinking about getting some logos done for my ever increasing sidework jobs :D

    EDIT: I would send CAD file in whatever form you needed.
