    I could do it out of Aluminum but it would cost you more and I think it should be a thicker gauge so it wouldn't bend.

    Yes the plasma cutting process may be used to cut any conductive material, including carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, copper, brass, cast metals, and exotic alloys.

    What about making some brackets that bolt up with the U-bolt flip kit so stock bumps can still be used.
