Custom Emblems by Metalmiller

I apologize that your order fell through the cracks. The last year has been a huge learning experience on organization. I am handling all of the design, order placement and shipments myself now and things are flowing much more smoothly. I certainly understand why you would feel the way you do. I thought your order had been taken care of awhile back but clearly it has not. I placed another cut order for some fresh badges to be made up and I will be expediting them through production with no sacrifice to quality. If you wouldnt mind, please email me your shipment info so I can make sure it is current.

Here is a rough screenshot of the blanks for your side badges. The top piece is going to have beveled edges ground onto it and then will be polished. The bottom will be a thin piece of steel that is coated orange. The end product will be pretty sharp.


If there is anyone out there that has not received a product that they have ordered, please let me know. I have never stolen anything from anybody and never will. As I explained in a previous post, things fell apart last year to an unacceptable level and I'm working to make sure that it never happens again.

 

This guy should have all his money refunded, and get all his products for free. That would be the most respectful way to handle it.

 

Do you do any USMC emblems? Maybe an Eagle, Globe, & Anchor or just USMC in the middle??

 

That's it except the center should have the the original toyota symbol (Teq) instead of the 86 that you have there. And the color is red and matte chrome Please feel free to go back to the original email sent on 10/07/2013 to review which I have resent to you at metalmillerorders@gmail.com.
Fortunately I have kept every contact message ever sent by you which includes all the apologies and excuses and etc...etc I am just curious if you are really going to make these as ordered a year and a half ago and ACTUALLY send them to me- OR are you just rebuilding a new set of clientele that you can pass on more excuses to as to why you took their money without delivering? Make no mistake you did send me the front emblem on 2/07/2014 (Which was incorrect in the color) with an "I apologize for the mixup" I have also resent you that email with your response to it as well.
I'm looking forward to seeing these side badges... oh I'd say by 2020? Let me guess they are "in the finishing process.." (sent 1/13/2014)

Mine took awhile...but i love it...it has held up great as well...had it over a year now....i would like to say that I dealt with the same emails and "excuses" but when it showed up It was worth it...communication and time could be better but quality is there for sure...

 

The changes have been made. I can pull a screenshot this evening.

Thanks for contacting me for updates. Your front emblem should have been there by now. I can hunt down some tracking if you dont have it. The 2nd part is just about done. The polished pieces from the N7 are in, I had to redo the rectangular backer and red piece, but the assembly should be done soon.

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm just about caught up on old orders and the new orders are going through in a timely manner. Please bear with me if there is any delay. I put an emphasis on quality and hope that all of you find the product worth the wait.

 

I too feel I have to make all further attempts to contact you PUBLIC! I still have not received my Father's Memorial Emblem! 4-6 weeks turns into 4-6 months and counting (ALMOST 7ish MONTHS!!!)! I haven't gotten a single reply to my repeated emails since October! PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING HERE!!!

I am not sure what to say here?! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement; as would dissatisfied! I originally sent a sketch of what I wanted and was told I would get a rendering. Again after TOO MANY excuses to even count I received a half assed thrown together rendering?! After it took sooo long to get even that I just told "Matt Volletine" to just do it! This person, supposedly your colleague gave me every excuse it appears YOU gave to so many others?! I don't know what to believe?! Was he pretending to be you and just buy time or visa versa?! Either way my emblem was never "at the water-jet" or being sent to powder coat!!! I never "received pictures throughout the process"?!*


I originally submitted this attached sketch and received this attached half-ass rendering. At the time I was willing to just let it go...AT THE TIME! Not anymore! It is time to REFUND my entire amount...NO MORE TIME, NO MORE GAMES! Even after you miraculously came back into the picture, I still wasn't taken care of!!! I don't know if this is a game to you...but I work too DAMN hard for my money?! This was to be a MEMORIAL EMBLEM for my Father, and I no longer feel like you can handle this!*

I responded via email. These kind of issues are exactly why I had to hit the reset button and restructure this operation from the ground up. I'm sorry that the organizational problems have caused you or anyone else any grief. This is supposed to be a fun process to get a one of a kind piece for your truck, definitely not something to stress over.

I just about have the remainder of orders taken care of. If anyone has any questions, PLEASE contact me and I'll get back with you as soon as I can!

 

Another guy that should get all his money back, and get the product for free. Wow glad I never wasted my money on this shit show. Good luck guys getting your money back because in all his responses I did not notice any statement about giving you a refund.
