you can go to O'reillys auto parts and get a can of spray paint color matched to your factory color. then you just paint em yourself and use the paint you have left over for anything else on your truck you want done. they do charge 20 bucks a can though:(

    I just got it!
For the record, the pictures were already taken, but I needed to upload them to my computer, and for that I needed the camera, which was in my truck.

    Either way. Here we go:

Just one layer of tape, and then surrounded to be safe:
    IMG_2302-1_9aa92f72d62260e8c44844adbc1f1e5c4b7ed6f8.jpg

And then upon realizing I didn't have enough fiberglass resin to complete the job, drove to Canadian Tire like this:
    IMG_2303_019ffe277e96a57a03e98b6efc346f1adfcadad7.jpg

Laid down the fiberglass, of course using the small squeegee to prevent air bubbles:
    IMG_2305_3ce34c8982f3eab051ae324cb6c36f266f345b4c.jpg

Took off the masking and everything in order to create a large mess:
    IMG_2307_4a01dbc3fabb24aa1ec8150a29553bf96d869f09.jpg

And there they are! I only used 2 layers of fiberglass. 1 would be too thin and wouldn't hold the shape well enough, where as 3 you wouldn't be able to cut with scissors, so I went with 2, which worked out very well:
    IMG_2309_30bd22cada54a11d2f2a021b37421c026ba369f5.jpg

After careful measuring I drew the cuts onto it:
    IMG_2310_643a626984ac066a0d330398b532584c5ffc89f7.jpg

    Followed by cutting the cuts:
    IMG_2311_772dcd4057dea8e4341ccc718dc8c86afea4ed77.jpg

And after a good sand, adhesion promoter, primer and paint, here's how they look:
    IMG_2313_44f7ceadfd8119f4d55a566d46af6c8f984d602b.jpg

I'm not too pleased with the fiberglass texture, but I plan on body filler-ing the bum out of them and then re finishing them to get the finish I'd like. I think it will work out, and right now I feel like they're good enough to drive around with, as they look like this:

    IMG_2312_1409306b14148dd0f9c224dffcefb9df681c3652.jpg

And lets face it, that looks completely bad ass.

^Yes, good eyes. I am from Winnipeg. One great city!

And thank you, I appreciate it. I'll update this thread whenever I get around to refinishing them. I'm not sure how long it will take me, as I'm not itching to do it because it's very little gain.

EDIT: Yeah I will be bondo-ing them and a couple inconspicuous areas of my satoshi that I just got lazy and ignored while sanding, so I'll probably knock out both of those tasks in the same day whenever it comes.

Yeah this is true, there are few things I would have done differently. Either way I am extremely pleased with the result.

No, I just bought a can from Canadian Tire that was the same color code as my truck. Toyota Red Pearl.

And the rain hasn't touched it yet, but I was going through a lot of enormous puddles yesterday so they got wet, and they're still on there.
