    No problem, youll find it very simple. I can have it done in probably 10 minutes by now (gauges only)
    ac is a little more tedious but really easy as well

    Wonder if you could take out the faceplate and paint it with a special type of paint?

    Someone has painted the needles a different color with some kind of fingernail polish... Think was a guy named jab from Alabama that started it

    yeah the needle paint can be bought at any hobby store. i dont remember what its called though

    I used one that ha 6 leds on it, you want one that will give a 360* light pattern

    Yea thats the most common one people use and will work, but the one inused is round with 6 LEDs

    My bad,I didn't look to see what your truck is ! Yeah..the first gens are just plug in bulbs. If you want to change the needle color you can use acrylic paint from any hobby store in any color ( use the color that matches the color you want the needles...strip them with fingernail polish remover ( the acetone kind works best ).

    I've bought LEDs from a few places and always had my best luck with this place :

    Get the bulbs with the surface mount LEDs or the bulbs that are actually a small circuit board themselves. They have lasted the longest for me.
