I’m working on finishing up a custom project that I have a lot of hours in and wanted to share my progress so far. I designed these in CAD based off of the original TRD Pro Emblem. The badges are made using ABS and the letters out of PC/ABS. I still have to sand, prime, and paint but I wanted to share what they look like so far. The light on the pro is more red then the pictures show. My phone makes it look more orangish. Also, there won’t be light escaping from the back as I haven’t installed the backing yet.

    What do you think?

I like it. I’ll take two off road ones :) These remind me of the new F150 emblems that light up on the fords

Dope! But why not print just the clear letters and snap them onto the stock emblem base? Woulda saved a lot of work. Do you have pics of the backside/lighting array? Nice CAD too

    Thanks everyone.
I don’t know, that’s a good question, lol. I guess I could have done that, but would have to check if the letters actually go through the face of the original badge, I think they are just part of it/all 1 piece...not sure though. It definitley would have saved a lot of work though! And no sorry I don’t have any pics of the led set up.

That's very nice. I'll take one that says TRD Off road if you plan on making one in the future without the lights.

It would be cool to have these light up as you approach the truck. Like the interior lights. Very cool stuff.

    That looks pretty cool.

Some constructive criticism...I would raise the R up just a tad bit or shorten the legs. Looks a little low IMO.
