    They stay on no matter what unless i move the switch to the off position

    I didnt damage anything upon install but when i put them on the door open mode they remain on, i dont think you can push them to turn them off im that mode

    The dome lights are push on/push off other than using the overhead rocker switch off/door/on.

    I ordered Maps on 4/5 they came in on Monday and ordered dome on Monday and they are one their way. Both say in stock on the first page as well.

    You just gotta try the paypal button. Sometimes is says in stock and it's not though. I just happened to try again this monday and it worked. It's not working now though.

    Wondering if I could get some help went to install my map lights and the passenger side went in fine but the driver side one just stays on the whole time anybody deal with this situation have a solution ??

    Installed my ultimate dome light...wholly bright lights, this thing is bright and totally worth it.

    Anyone have pics of these in an SR5 with the grey interior? My truck is still at the dealership for who knows how much longer, so I can't install them yet.. I was wondering if it will look odd due to them having black enclosures, however, even if it does I'll still use them, the stock ones are GARBAGE.

    I installed mine, and managed during the install to arc the circuit rather easily. The power adapter can slip easily between the hot end of the holder in the normal dome, and the metal of the frame. I killed the fuse, and had to have the switch assemble replaced. If it arcs while the overhead switch is in the 'door' position, it will kill the switch. If the switch is nuked the lights stay on all the time in either 'door' or 'on' but not in 'off'.

    Bummer dude. At least that was my situation and now fixed, ultimate dome and v2 red maps working great.

    the domes are awesome as are the maps! First time I got the little guys in the car, and saw how bright the ultimate domes are they were quoting Brian Regan, "SIX, I got SIX at the Sun stare!"
