Holy cow - how do I keep missing out on when the new 3rd gen maps are back up? I'm not getting the email notifications either?

I wish I could keep refreshing the Meso page all day, but a guy's gotta work.

Same here. I haven’t gotten email notifications either of the last two batches. And for this last batch the Meso blog wasn’t updated, which is what I was watching for stock.

For those who picked up the Red Dome or Map lights....how do you like them? I’m still debating between the white or red. Thanks!

i went with white and red maps...... run the white on my drivers side and red on my passenger side. WHAT, YOU MIXED THEM?!?!?!? hellz yes i did! trust me when i say the ultimate dome, puts out a ton of light. even just one white map light along with the dome puts out plenty of light. with that in mind, i put a red map in my passenger side thinking that as i drive at night, sometimes my passenger needs some light and what better way to not go blind then by using red! and if the passenger needs a lot of light then i just flip the switch for all the white and BAM, it's like turning the night into day.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I have been doing the same. The mix is very useful.

My interior is tan not black. I have the 3rd gen dome light. But it doesn’t match my interior. I think the 4Runner one is the right color. Is it possible to use the 4Runner one on the third gen?

Yes. 4 Runner is the same as the 3rd Gens. Another option is to snap the LED boards out and hit it with some tan paint. They are very easy to remove, see here:

No prob! Sorry, I don't have Tan 3rd gen domes.. you are like the 1%.
TIP: the plastic bends better if its warm. Put it out in the sun, next to the fireplace, etc before removing/installed the LED boards.

Yup. They pop out the way. I did it this way for easy assembly, and replacement if it ever comes to that.
Hmm.. What does the inside roof of the topper look like? Bare? Carpet? etc

Mine is bare, but got a buddy a set of lights and his has carpet. We cant figure out how to utilize the on off switch, get power it with out having the back being exposed. We thought about going and getting a old dome from the junk yard and going that way, but I wanted to check with you and see if you had a better way to go about it.
