    Since the V2 map lights are SO bright, I figured I'd try some spray-on tint on them to subdue them a bit. Worse case, I figured I could get the "tint" off with some acetone if I didn't like it.

    They came out looking purple kind of like a UV light, but I'm not mad at all about that. At least my wife/4yr old aren't squinting in the truck anymore! I keep the dome light off unless I need it.

    That OCD though... I wanted the new dome light, but it had to match the map lights!

    I had the smoked V1s which were just about perfect. I'm keeping those around for now in case I decide to go back.

    I don’t see how these wouldn’t fit the 2nd gens...lights look the same just 2nd gen gray and 3rd black (dome light)
    Hell i think it fits my fiancé’s 09 corolla.
    Already have a 3rd gen tacoma entune radio in it lol
    So what do I gotta do to get onto the wait list?
    I’ll test fit both. Matters comes worse...resell them. No harm no foul
