You're welcome to make an offer. The wheels, tires and hubs alone are close to $500.

I'm really not planning on making a profit on this, just not looking to take a big loss.

Also, this model of Radio Flyer is discontinued and a used one will run you $150.

The factory axles are welded on, so I had to carefully drill those out and enlarge the holes for the beefier axles. Mocked everything up to get the right widths, then machined some custom axles to fit the hubs/bearings and drilled/tapped them for Grade 8 hardware.

Mount tires to wheels, press on hubs. The new axles were inserted into the factory standoffs and rosette welded in place, exactly like the originals. You can't tell that anything was modified, looks like it was made this way. Paint everything with the same black enamel then reassemble.

There are easier ways to do it, but once you buy all the parts it'll end up costing just as much but be crappy.

May I ask what size wheels you have on there (tires I mean), and where did you get the wheels/tires? Thanks so much!
