    I haven't seen anyone do this so I am wondering if I can just replace the Passenger Side Overhead Switch Panel with this from @tacitos instead of replacing all three panels? All I need is a spot for the 2Lo switch.

    You can, I did the swap on mine. Although, I think there's a cheaper one on Shapeways or Etsy.
