Fellas, have to give Custom Splice a shout out for excellent customer service and top notch products. I Purchased a Hitch Receiver from them and they accidently sent the wrong color. Called them up and the owner said to just keep it and he would send another out ASAP. Sure enough, the correct one arrived and gave the other one to a fella taco member.

I always say the true measure of a company's customer service isn't when they get something right, but when they get something wrong.

Can't disagree with that and the main reason I felt I owed him the same respect. It is definitely a Missing quality these days!

Interesting. I'm gonna check them out. I'm just guessing Custom Slice has other products, as well.

They market synthetic winch extension rope on Amazon. Solid reputation there, so this is good to hear as well.

Just in case anyone is about the make the same mistake, I've been waiting for over a year, no products in hand, ordered June 2019 and received a shipping notice 6 months after moving to another state, he said he'd take care of it. Email replies have stopped, no response since April. I just want my $305.17 back.

I know it's an old thread, but his website is still up. I would think twice before ordering.

I wont wait that long. If you dont refund in 60 days, I'm calling the credit card.
There's no reason a reputable company needs my money before they make the product. If they want a loan we can discuss that, but you aren't holding my money for months.
