Again... my problem is Tacomas and 4 Runners never see the junkyard here.

I hate living in podunk america.

Do you get any of the Subaru brz, scion frs or toyota 86? Those seats are pretty comfy. Idk how easy it would be to install, but I believe i read on here that atleast 1 guy has them
    Or celiac seats are popular

Doesn't have to be toyota seats, find something thats comfy and go with it. Doesn't matter what you pick because they will require modifications to fit.

There should be a number of celicas write ups on here and custom taco. You can look them up and see if that’s something you like

First swapped the bench for taco buckets, they didn't feel great on my back for long trips. Then swapped in some VW Jetta Recaros, so far love them.

Lots of fab work, VW uses a 3 point attachment system. Need to cut them off and weld on Taco tracks.

So I still have to find taco buckets to make this happen... for the tracks.

Crap I really had my hopes up there.

For just about everything besides 4Runner seats, you need the re-use the original Tacoma brackets.

    Or you can fabricate something.

Well then... kinda defeats the purpose of what I was looking to do.

Back to searching for taco buckets.

I don't see how to get this done unless you're a master crafter with brackets

It should be that hard. Some square tubing and some strategically bent flat stocks of steel should be all that’s to it.
