So would 3 switches up top have clearance for no modifications? Just curious- I haven’t quite figured out what switches I plan to use over there

Installed my CP4P without any modifications. Takes a bit of force to get it to snap and set in position, but it fit.

Can you pop it out from the front like the oem panel by pulling with some force, or will it require getting to the back side of the cubby and releasing the tabs manually to remove it without damage. Asking because initially ill be using 3 switches but will likely add the 4th at some point in the near future. it would be nice to be able to still remove just the cubby section and not have to pull the whole lower dash panel that it sits in to add and remove switches.

You can probably pop it out just be yanking it pretty hard, but mine was in pretty tight so I went ahead and took the lower cover below the steering wheel off to get undo the clips. If you have smaller hands like me, you can just lay down on the driver floor mat and reach through and undo the clips without removing any panels. But that only works now that I've removed the panel a couple times and I know where everything on the back side of the panel is.

Removing the lower panel below the steering wheel is actually super easy and well worth the extra 2.3 minutes it takes to remove.

That sounds great. I'm looking for the LSP7 with cig hole. Trying install some seat heater rockers. Just need to figure out how to wire up!
Is a dremel necessary or do you think the factory panel be cut with a sharp knife.
    Thanks

@mesojdm I waited an hour too long to order the LSP7....If i order an LSP7W, can I use a standard switch in the rear window hole? I don't really want to move my rear window switch, and was not sure if other than the bevel at the bottom, if the other dimensions were any different? Thanks!
