If you’re getting impatient just look up full length 3D print videos on YouTube. Additive manufacturing is cool but the actual print time takes much longer than most people think. I’ve seen small parts take 2 days on the printer. If you multiply that X how many orders MESO gets the lead time will make more sense.

I have a 3d printer so I know how long prints take. I meant no disrespect from asking turn around time. I just wanted to know if there's a way to see ETA. The website does say 2-3 weeks ship time and I have already passed that window.

That looks so clean now that it makes me rethink switching to a Redarc from my Tekonsha. Oh well already got the panel and the Redarc, so going to go with it!

At first it didn't fit as well as I was hoping. There was a gap on the right side and the thin top bar was bent from the pressure. After a day of heat cycling it seemed to pop into place.

    Thank you!

Anyone purchased a LSP7 or LSP8 and cut out their Lower Switch panel and has the cut out piece they were going to throw out? I replaced mine awhile ago and tossed it but wanted to use the back piece that holds the switch to modify another plastic piece. I would be willing to paypal or venmo you some money to cover shipping to throw it in an envelope and send it to me. It can even be cut in half so it fits in a small padded envelope. I just need the back part that holds the switches intact. LMK.

I see in this diagram (far below) that the lower area can only fit a max of 130mm in the lower area, which means I can't do a BBBBC(28*4+25=137),
but as my quick photoshop over my current stock panel (2020 sport) shows, it seems like i should be able to fit a BBBBC.

is this due to the 3d printing manufacturing vs a injection mold that doesn't allow as thin of a wall between holes, or am i misunderstanding something?

I'll be looking to order a "FD top, BBBBC lower" custom panel when orders open up again, but if it isn't possible I guess I will have to resort to a "FD top, BBBC lower"

    Thanks

    Welcome!

I own a FC, EBBB myself (not yet installed, haven't purchased a switchpros yet). Questions for you out of curiosity below, though of course you're waiting for MESO to answer the question you asked. I think he might be able to fit your requested layout since technically EBBB is 134 and 137 is only 1.5mm tighter on each side.

    1. You don't have the rocker E at all? Do you have SR or Pro or are all 2020's sans-rocker or did you relocate or ? I haven't seen a no-rocker yet.
    2. You definitely need the D style tall aftermarket rocker? What's that for out of curiosity? Winch maybe?
    3. I only see 3 small switches in your photo, what was the 4th small you wanted to add?

Aside from that, other options you _could_ consider if acceptable include extending the harness for the inverter and placing it in the lower switch area and/or extending the traction control harness up the pillar and place it in the overhead (where mine is).

You might also be able to live without clutch start cancel but many find it useful (I mostly forget it's there as I leave in gear when parked). I truly hate having to retain a tall switch opening though, would so much rather all my switches to be interchangeable location-wise.

FWIW, I just did the overhead 6 switch plate and it's a bit of work but looks really nice. Though you may have sunroof or SOS up there which makes that more complicated.

Good to know it's possible to go over 130mm, we'll see what MESO says about my specific request.

to answer your questions, mine is an access cab.
so no power rear window, no cargo light rocker (no cargo light at all unfortunately), and also no sunroof (i do have SOS).
"D" is for the ML-ACR rocker.
the extra "B" switch is for the front/rear camera rocker.

Yup, if it's not possible to fit the extra B, the camera rocker will go to under the center stack. Not a huge deal, but preference would be to utilize as much efficient packaging as possible.

OK, so, have you considered the Germes camera kit instead of the anytime backup camera kit? Double-tap of mode turns camera on, up goes to front, down to rear, hold up or down to lock in front or rear, single tap of Mode and back to the regular display. Also auto on in reverse and auto front after reverse till 7mph or 15s or 30s or something like that? I have one and love it and kept it after upgrading the head unit.

EDIT: Also, MT AC, nicely done! Those are special.

    Kinda like this?

    Top: Switch-pro, dual voltmeter
Bottom: camera rocker, inverter, winch interrupt, ml-acr

I've considered the Germes but I do prefer an easy hardware button to find/remember than having to press unlabeled-for-how-to-use-it buttons, although I completely understand the benefits and appreciate the effort they put into that setup.
Thanks, took almost 200 days from the day i ordered it till the day I got the keys but I wanted a very specific combination and there were none available anywhere... and then Covid also slowed things down.

Close, but I'm looking for 5 switches on the lower row as opposed to just 4. I know 4 switches is "allowed" per the MESO diagram posted previously.

Looking at how the switches fit, I'm not sure if 5 will fit unless you move the ML-ACR to the center -- it's just too tall to fit on the sides with the radius there. Otherwise you could put it on the top row, but I really like how it fits on the bottom with the "height" of the button surround.

yup, ML-ACR switch is intended to go to the right of the switchpros just like the top "row" of Firemech80 quotedbelow.
