Selling our multi-use custom enclosed trailer. Great for trips to the desert, camping or tailgating at the game without toting around a large camper.
Base trailer was custom built by American Trailer Builders. The size is 8.5’x16’x7”, has dual axles with brakes, added box hitch at rear of trailer and has a 7,000 pound GVWR. Trailer was built with a side door and a sturdy spring assist rear gate ramp. The interior has built in tie down points, spare tire and the walls are finished with a veneer wood.
Now for the interesting part! After the trailer was built we had the trailer professionally modified with the conveniences of home. A spacious bathroom has been added with a full size toilet, vent with electric fan and a mirror. A nice countertop with stainless steel sink was also added along with a mini fridge powerd by a 1000w dc/ac converter. The entire electrical system is powered by 2 large deep cycle marine batteries with high grade wiring, battery selector switch and built in chargers for maintaining the batteries when there is ac power. All you need is a small solar panel setup to live off the grid for some time. The waste water tank is 40 gallons with an easily accessible dump valve. Fresh water tank is 35 gallons and has a high quality pump to supply the sink and toilet.

Selling our low hour well maintained Rhino. Has a custom powdercoated roll cage with aluminum door panels, PRP race seats, Crow 4pt harnesses and wheel spacers for extra stability. Added a power computer for a little more power and there are tabs in the bed for a 3rd seat. Fun and extremely safe utv for the family. All it needs is some gas, and a destination to play, since all the maintenance has been professionally done at the proper intervals. Have to see to appreciate.
