Drill holes in the corners and use a dremel with a 1.5” cut off wheel - it’ll take a little while but you’ll make it happen eventually.

    :boink:but it isn’t about ~1.75. It’s 1.5 on the nose:D
    x~1.75 would make it ~7/64

Too bad the bumper won’t be double layered tin foil, I’d be able to just chew a hole in it with my teeth

Ya I’ll have the guys I’m getting the scrap from and having the cnc cut out, cut the holes on the cnc. I was going to comment on how nice they looked for not using a ptorch. But you did indeed use a ptorch

Bought their plans, sourcing my steels.

When I’m done, What color should I have the powder coating done in? Just black? Any ideas for A good bumper color for the paradise blue?

Black or silver - are you going to be scratching it from wheeling a lot? If so don’t pc it, just paint it and touch it up when you do.

point well taken. Why spend for PC if it gets scratched it will be harder to fix.
I do go off-roading a bit and scratching is a possibility for sure.
What is your opinion on best looking sheen? Semi gloss, matte?

Matte looks awesome until it gets dirty. Semigloss is better.

That is kind of what I was thinking, I love matte but I also am not a huge truck washer, usually gets pretty dirty

I had someone say "looks like someone payed attention in geometry class" lol.

I can only take credit for putting it together, and the way it's built, there's really only one way it can go together.

And even then, don't look too closely at my welds!

Sorry, about the late reply. I thought I hit post reply.

I used a 4" grinder and an end grinder, plasma torch would have worked better.

I had to get the small 2-1/2" blades on the end grinder really worn down before I could make the 1" cuts for the shackle lugs.
