    Thanks for the inputs guys, I think since I’m wanting it to look nice in the end, finish-wise, I’ll probably go with the cold rolled.

    It actually is, that's why they use it exclusively on truck beds and structural areas of vehicles

    It's also more expencive hence only used it where it's needed

    For a bumper just use hot rolled it's cheaper, you don't need anything cold rolled provides
