    You must be looking for a JIS set; Amazon sells quite the variety many of which would help to remove and replace your rusted rope hooks.

    If you're dealing with rust however, I would venture to check out your frame to ensure your safety and the safety of those that ride with you.

    I like my rope hooks to match my frame. A little rusty but the holes still work just fine.
