So I recently did a the the Bilstein 2.5" lift all around on my 98 Tacoma. My original CV boots started leaking so I replaced them and did the boot slide mod as well which did help. The fins on the boot are still rubbing to the point I think theyre gonna rip pretty. Im thinking of moving the clip on the shock to the middle setting to help this but ill lose some of the lift I had and I was about to order some 285/75's. ive looked at high angle boots, bigger diff drop and even a body lift with shocks on the lower setting (to fit tires) but im not sure if any of these will solve my problem. thank you for any help yall can provide.
