Since people are still commenting, if anyone still needs CVJ axles, I got a brand new set sitting in my room that I ended up not needing. PM me if interested, located in SoCal.

Nice snag! I run CVJs and currently have a set in the garage and a set on the truck. both have the high angle silicone boot.

 

The red one's??? I am going to order those myself.

@Nimble9 I have heard mixed reviews about the high angle boots vs stock boots with boot slide mod. Wonder which one lasts longer. Do you know if CVJ uses boot slide mod when installed these?

 

I don’t know, but their boots are longer. I did the boot slide mod and that lasted a few years. The high angle red boots lasted a few years, but the silicone outers they only offered at the time lasted about a year. This time they had OEM outer boots so I went with that!

also the OEM Outer boots have way more clearance than the silicone outer boots.
The silicone ones almost hit my lower bolt where my shock mounts to

 

Ok thanks for info and pic. It does look from the pic that the high angle boots were installed a bit further out from CVJ, so they probably do use boot slide mod. I am debating ordering the ones you have or rebuilding them myself with the boot kit they offer.

Anyone need these? Just give me what I paid for them and they are still in the New York area @Gregw138 has them.
