    Hard to beat OEM.

Even harder to beat the Napa HD series, since the CV axles are not too hard to replace in these trucks.
Or any other decently well know aftermarket for that matter.

    OEM is $350+ each.
Decent aftermarket is $150 (or less)

GSP Extended Travel Axles for cheaper option or CVJ Axles for the more expensive option.

Oem, especially if you off road at all. Most store brand axles don't articulate/flex as well at full droop. Their boots also don't usually last as long.

Before I went LT, I bought OEM takeoffs off ebay for less than $120 each. Targeted something with low miles, just bought when it was a good deal so I always had spares on hand.

Aren't all OEM CVs rebuilds (at least the ones you would buy over the counter) too? If so, is there a way to be sure it's a rebuilt TOYOTA CV and not an aftermarket CV that was pulled from a truck because that is what was on a truck being serviced then rebuilt by whoever does their rebuilds (pretty sure anything rebuilt and sold by Toyota is not ACTUALLY rebuilt by them (vended out), but I may be wrong?

Does Toyota sell a OEM branded reman for the Tacoma?

When I've done axles on V8 platforms like Sequioa and Land Cruiser the dealer had a line of "oem" remans. They seemed like good quality and came in a toyota box

CVJ Axles only sells Toyota OEM reman axles. I bought 2 for my sons 96 Tacoma and just had to send cores back to get my core refund. They will only take OEM axles back for core refund.
