    That was my experience, once it finally held no more grease seeped out and I've taken it off road few times since then with no issues.

    Reserected from the dead.
    Do you have clamps on both ends? We never put a clamp on the small side. It allows the boot to move more freely on the shaft.

    As for the easiest way to clamp the big end? Industrial zip ties or prisoner flex cuffs.
