    Yeh I had the same lift on my 16 and never had a issue went for and my 10000 oil change and asked them to look at the boot because of the grease spuing out

    Might try to learn to do it yourself. Might get expensive in the long run

    Haven’t yet lifted mine for the same reason but I do off-road it a lot. No rock crawling though.

    Those questions were more for Brian..
    He didn't even do his own seat covers, doing a CV joint is gonna be a stretch for him.

    I hear of people putting vaseline on there boots to make them last longer? Haven't tried it, but seems like that would make dirt stick to them and cause premature wear?

    A member on here just had his truck towed and the driver put the hooks around the lca. Tore the CV boots on both sides I believe.

    I have to go back on Tuesday to let the master mechanic look at it. If I am going to replace it I should just replace with neoprene
