cv fitment ?

ok so chris or someone else with those super figure it out powers please help out.

i'm trying to figure out if the front cv axles on our trucks are the same as the 4th gen 4runners?? local yard has a wrecked runner and if they'd fit i can get a screamin deal on some spare axles... also considering the rear 3rd if i can get it cheap enough as a spare.

 

i cant help you too much but if you call toyota and see if the part numbers are the same.

I think they are the same Search Toyota Part# 80-6324. I did it on ebay and it appears it also shares the cv's with the fj as well as the 4runners.

A 2005 tacoma and a 2005 4Runner have the exact same part numbers for the cv's

43410 SHAFT ASSY, FRONT DRIVE, RH

43420 SHAFT ASSY, FRONT DRIVE, LH

 

awesome.. looks like i can pick up a few cheap spare axles..
