Hey guys new to The Forum first time posting. I just have a question to really rest my mind .I am doing a egcs bushing replacement while I was at it I decided to replace the cv seal.. when I removed it for some reason I used one of them stupid seal removers and I ended up putting a tiny score Mark in the actual carrier lip where the seal sits. I know the new seal is a tight fit and should fit in their great but is that tiny score Mark something I should worry about, I know there's not much I can do for it just wondering for peace of mind ...Thanks in advance!!

Should be fine. Gear oil is pretty thick. In past when I've done that i'll put a bit of rtv around the seal prior to putting it in to fill those minor imperfections.
