Hey all,

I currently have Ovtune/vftuner on my 2018 OR. I’ve never updated the ECU to the new software version for the TSB’s
Does anyone know if the CVC tune requires that I update to the newest ECU before installing the tune?
I’ve seen some others (kdmaxx) that require the new ECU ID first, and I don’t want to do it if I don’t need to, my dealership keeps saying my VIN is non qualifying….
