    I'd love one off the back but I can't really use it if I have my camper shell door open. I set up my kitchen on the tailgate and have the glass open all the time so I don't think I'll be putting one there anytime soon.

    Yeah the back would be the best, but I can set up a mean tarp off the back if needed. I'd love it off the passenger side. 99" is basically the entire side of the truck lol.

    So the awning measurement is the width? Or the length, or both? 55" fits the bed really well, so a 55" wide x 99" long would be doable, but not 99" wide.

    Correct. They are 7' long out from the vehicle and 55",79", and 99" is the length with the vehicle.

    Too bad you don't have the Shasta instead. So far it looks like that is the one I will be getting.

    Yeah, I remember you mentioning that once before I think. That is why I will probably get a 55 so that I can set it off the rear of the truck, or perhaps the trailer setup.
