that was me, not Bobby, that posted that. I had talked to him on the phone one day last week and he had made the comment that they were still working through the 1st day's orders. but you have to think, as excited as everyone was, the bulk of the orders were probably placed on that first day!

Well, I just got an update from Bobby. He still is working on the first day's orders and you're right MTgirl, that's probably a large percentage of the orders. For what it's worth, I DID order a Mt. Shasta too. He said that my unit is shipping today and that I should receive tracking info tonight. WOOOHOOOO!!!! It may be too late for this particular camping trip (though not impossible, I'm crossing my fingers in the meantime) but I'm glad to know that it will soon be on the way.

I feel better now. Like I said previously, I really appreciate the opportunity for the discount and know what sort of trouble Bobby must be having to single-handedly wade through all of these orders. I can't wait.

Got my Mt Rainier yesterday! EFFIN' LOVE IT! Got a few questions though: there are some long straps inside the tent, but not sure what they're for. Also have 4 small screws w/ flat washers, and not sure where they go. Have not received anti-booty sweat mat yet. Perhaps it ships separately

the straps are to help restrain any unruly occupants of the tent...really they're handholds to help you get into/out of the tent if you need it.
4 screws....can you post a pic? are they for the cross braces that attach to the ladder?
booty mats are on back order, still waiting for mine too. Bobby said sometime in May

Cool beans. I'll get a pic of the screws when I get a chance. I don't think they're for the ladder, but I don't know.
There's also a little mesh doohickey with a Velcro strap on each end. Don't know what it's for either

If you got an annex, that is to keep the ladder from tearing up the floor of it.

Talked to Bobby today also. He said the first container that came in only covered half of the orders on the first day. I ordered mine the afternoon of the 1st day. He said mine should ship the second week of May. I am still kinda confused on why there is such a huge delay between containers arriving. Guess he only gets containers once a month?

Either way, figured I would give all of you a heads up. If you haven't got your tent already or a shipping confirmation then it may be 2-3 weeks longer before yours ships.

Bobby was apologetic and seemed like a really nice guy. Like everyone said, I think he is overwhelmed!

Hmm. I wonder what percentage of the orders were placed on day one. I ordered the last day. At this rate I'll be happy to get it by July for my week long fishing trip on the beach...

Shoot I really hope mine comes in before the big moab trip or maybe have them bring it to the trip. But it doesn't even sound like it's manufactured yet. Haha
