    Yep busy week, seems they all are that way. Few years from retirement on this job. Feel it’ll be like you sai, “I’m busier in retirement than I was while working” lol. Hopefully that’s my case. I mostly just need a change now.

    I think that’ll be good. Change can be good for everyone. Even the old company after they lose a solid reliable and dependable worker. They will see they took you for granted. That will show them they need to change what and how they go about things.

    Good morning guys. Yesterday was a history adventure day with my buddy Mike. We were up early headed to Alabama to explore Blakeley State Park, site of one of the last Civil War battles. Saw the earthworks and displays in the front country areas of the park then went bushwhacking into the backcountry. Ended up hiking about 7 miles and finding most of the battle works. It’s wild that the trench lines and gun emplacements are still out there in the woods 160 years later.

    Gonna be a rest day today!
