CXA Off-road Wheels - Vortex

2020 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4

I searched the forums but didn’t really see any posts regarding CXA off-road wheels and they have a pretty limited social media presence. Extreme Terrain had a few open box deals on a set of CXA - Vortex wheels 17x9, 0mm offset, 5.5 back space, 6x139.7 and 106.1mm bore. 27lbs each so in the ballpark of the OEM’s.

Figured I’d pull the trigger and give my thoughts on these. Fit and finish are top notch for a fairly budget wheel, tight tolerance on the hub bore. These things look aggressive with a deep concave and seem of pretty good quality although time will tell how they hold up to everyday driving and the NE weather. Bronze is a nice touch with faux bead lock design. I’m surprised not more people are running these, seems most of their sizing is tailored to the Toyota/Lexus crowd.
