Cyberpunk2077 Caution, will contain spoilers

I had one myself. I had a heavy armored guard I was supposed to search for an access card. He was blinking on and off in an elevator. I killed him but could not search him. After 10 minutes I went to the last backup and tried again. This time I waited until he was out of the elevator to kill him and easily got the card.

 

Fallout 3 GOTY edition came out a year after initial release and was still unplayable cause of the bugs. No Mans Sky is amazing now though.

 

Unfortunately I think it was a bad idea to try and release the game for 9 different platforms at the same time. On top of that I really don't think it should have been developed/released for the previous consoles. The hardware just isn't there to support the performance. But what is done is done. Got home from my work shift early, so I'll be picking it up later today in hopes that it runs well enough of my PS5 without the console specific update.

I avoided No Mans Sky on launch, and recently picked it up for sale before these major releases. It is practically a different, better game now than ever. Total time sink however.

 

Im ok with the graphics for the most part few glitches here and there but nothing that breaks the game.... yet on the ps4. The crashes are annoying, I think they knew it was unstable cause this game autosaves every 5 minutes.

Overall im happy with the game, its very much got that Deus Ex vibe I was hoping for as far as game play and there is a ton of stuff to do even though I'm barely past the part where Johnny Silverhand gets jacked into my brain.

 

Enjoying my experience so far on an i7-7700k/1080ti system. I was ready for GTA level performance (80-120fps) but almost cried when I got 30-40fps at ultra settings.

Bugs here and there but playable for me. I have lots of suggestions to make it better but lets start with the MINI-MAP!

 

Not to burst anyone's bubble but the life choice is just a prologue and makes no real difference in gameplay or story. Kinda bummed about it. This game is far from complete and lacking tons of promised features.

 

I must not be far enough along to understand what you're talking about. Just barely into ACT 2.

 

Nomad, Street Kid, Corpo. It's the same game no matter the choice. Just different prologue of about 10 mins.

 

AH okay, I get what you mean now. Yeah I was expecting romping around the badlands fixing up cars when I picked Nomad.

 

well, except some exclusive side quests, but yeah no change to the main story.

 

Anyone get Skippy yet?

I want Skippy bad after watching a YouTube video.

 

Yup, it's pretty dope. Levels up with your character and says will function on it's own while also targeting the head.

 

I've been running Lizzie atm, not sure what Skippy is? The burn damage is a nice touch.
I also found the joys of quickhacks recently and have been putting more points into it. Mostly I run around with a Katana and the time dilation cyberware that pops on enemy awareness. By the time dilation has ended there's a pile of minced enemies.

 

Whelp, after 7ish hours of play on the PS5, I've had no major graphical glitches, or game stopping bugs. However it has crashed 3 times, 2/3 of those were within 30 seconds of getting in a driving (including the first time driving). Really appreciative of the SSD, as even after crashes I'm back in the game in a matter of 2-3 minutes.

So far I'm enjoying the game, however I did have to youtube a tutorial on breach protocol as the game explains it horribly. Heres to hoping for another relatively bug free and crash limiting day.

 

Upgrade the cyberdeck as soon as possible. Gives you more buffer to hack all 3 tiers in one go.

 

Did that last night. Had enough cash for the legendary, but my SC is only at 8, not 14. Got the next best one for $15k. Sooooo much easier/nicer to spam quichacks. Running an int/tech/cool build. Got the access point highlighter and the breach protocol credit perks early. Easy money.

No shit. I just checked on PS Store and Cyberpunk is gone from the listings. I've got a lot of time in on PS4 already. It's rebooted about 10 times in 30 hours of play. It's playable though. I'll pass on the refund for now.
