Cyl #1 misfire

I need help! I have a 2015 Tacoma and I keep getting a #1 cyl misfire code. The truck is running great 95% of the time. I have replaced the spark plug, ignition coil and the #1 fuel injector. I reset the codes and it will come back after about 70-100 miles. I also have the issue that I can start the vehicle and it will shutter for about 5 seconds and I can give it some gas and it will go away when first started in the morings (once at operating temp this doesn't happen). Also when it gets really hot and I turn it off and go back in 5-15 minutes it goes into what I call limp mode and will not accelerate. I then turn it off and turn it back on and the vehicle drives like it should. Lastly when the check engine light comes on I also get the traction control light along with the maint required light coming on at the same time. when I turn out theEngine light the other lights go out as well.
Anyone have this type issue or have any idea what I should do next?
